How to obtain a Duplicate GED Transcript and/or Diploma?

To obtain a transcript of your GED scores or a duplicate of your North Dakota GED High School Diploma - send a request in writing or fill out the attached form.

Include in your written request:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your Social Security Number
  • Your current home address
  • Your telephone number
  • The address where you would like the transcript sent (if other than your home address)
  • The appropriate fee

Duplicate GED Diplomas are $10 each.
Official GED Transcripts are $2 each.

Please send a money order. Do not send cash.
