U.S. Department of Education Does NOT Approve ND Growth Model Proposal

The U.S. Department of Education (ED) has informed the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) that the ED has not approved the growth-to-standard model proposed by the NDDPI for the purposes of determining annual adequate yearly progress.
