Out-Of-State Electronic Course Delivery Requirements

NDCC 15.1-21-15 allows for a process for North Dakota schools to provide academic services through the use of out-of-state electronic course delivery providers. This section of the law becomes effective July 1, 2009, and can be found online at http://www.legis.nd.gov/cencode/t151c21.pdf.

The department has released guidance and forms necessary for schools and out-of-state electronic course delivery providers to complete to ensure compliance with this law for the 2009-2010 school year. This information can be found online at http://www.dpi.state.nd.us/approve/electronic.shtm.
